Our capabilities
GAS-PRESS service is authorized to install, repair and upgrade coal- and gas-fired steam boilers with steam outputs
of up to 115t/h, and hot water boilers without any limitations. We can repair and replace pressure parts, economizers, air preheaters and burner modifications, as well as replace flue gas ducts, air ducts and steam pipelines.
We provide solutions
In case a part needs to be replaced completely, we can provide a Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) in accordance with customer specifications. We can also provide cranes for various load capacities, heavy-duty scaffolding capable of supporting several tons of boiler parts and all respective certification. Our operators are trained and certified to work at heights and
follow all health & safety precautions as described by RAMS, as well as local policies and regulations.
Maintenance & upgrade
We can replace selected boiler pipes or
all pipes within selected pressure parts
of boiler systems. All welds are done in
accordance with WPSs and WPQRs, as
described in the welding section.
Moreover, all welds can be inspected
according to prescribed NDT methods, and
their respective protocols together with
all material certificates are included in
our handover documentation, which
confirms that the works defined in the
contract have been completed and meet the
required quality standards.

We also install external boiler covers and external insulation for any ductworks, including steel cladding for final protection.
Modification of heat exchange stations
Our comprehensive range of services includes upgrade and modernisation of heat exchange units, mainly in cooperation with plate heat exchanger manufacturer Alfa Laval. We also offer turnkey solutions for replacement of existing stations, including instrumentation
& control systems, pipe insulation and pressure vessels. Our efficient and cost-effective turnkey solutions come with as-built documentation, operations
& maintenance manuals, and all documentation related to pressure system welding.
